Summer Interns
Gain invaluable real-life experience during your summer break. You’ll build on your tertiary study though placements on challenging infrastructure and building projects. Selected summer interns may continue on as trainees while they complete their tertiary study, or as graduates following the completion of their study.
Graduates
If you have completed a relevant degree or diploma and are undertaking your first or second year of permanent employment, our graduate programme is for you. Through placements on challenging projects, our graduates build skills in all aspects of construction, including site operations, estimating and tendering, planning and programming, engineering and design, and commercial management.
Trainees
Earn as you learn with this well-rounded programme. Trainees follow a structured, on-the-job development programme while undertaking tertiary study part-time. You’ll gain first-hand experience on large scale projects, while learning from industry experts.
